The trilingual Herb Sanabria– fluent in Spanish and French -- has been a Realtor for K.O. Real Estate since 2000.  He attended the University of Colorado and has lived in Boulder county, a great center of activity for everything Colorado has to offer, for over 20 years. Since 1987, Herb has watched the Colorado real estate market during its highs and lows and learned that there is always someone ready to buy or sell in any market. Herb’s passion is to find the right home for his clients and help them get the best price for the one they are selling. As you can see, Herb is also very fluent in real estate.

In his spare time, Herb enjoys playing hockey, mountain biking and snowboarding in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
