Nate has been with K.O. at some capacity, most of his life.  His Mom, founded K.O. when Nate was just two years old.  She went on to sell homes to the parents of most of his friends.  During his youth; as early as elementary and middle school, Nate helped his Mom deliver flyers or prepare bulk mail, or whatever she needed.    Later, during High School, when the US Housing economy was in a deep recession, K.O. worked for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and was very busy with foreclosures.   Nate was responsible for supervising much of the repairs and maintenance of the vast K.O. listing inventory.   

After HS Nate attended Junior College at San Diego Mesa College where he studied business and psychology, and also played baseball.   After returning from college Nate purchased his first home which he is now utilizing as a rental investment.  

Now, as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Nate uses his years of experience and knowledge to help his clients with their home buying and selling process.  When showing homes Nate has been trained to identify a multitude of condition issues in a variety of different properties and neighborhoods.  

A Colorado Native, Nate  knows the City of Denver, the surrounding suburbs, the Mountains, and all they have to offer for every season. 

When Nate isn't working, you can usually find him on the golf course, skiing/snowboarding, or engaging in some other sporting activity.   A sports enthusiast, he can usually update you on the latest trades and statistics of most professional teams.   He also enjoys his friends, attending events, traveling, reading and spending time with his family.
