Denver, CO— K.O. Real Estate, led by Owner and Managing Broker Karen Frisone, was the only real estate firm to take away more than one award for top real estate agencies at the annual Denver Metro Board of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence Awards held April 5. K.O. earned three coveted awards in a variety of categories.
More than 500 people attended the awards ceremony held at the Hyatt Convention Center.
K.O.’s wins marked the third year in a row that the firm has been honored. In 2010, K.O. took away the award for #1 Sales Volume, #1 transactions. And in 2009, the firm won two awards: #1 in sales transactions, #2 in Total sales volume.
In real estate since 1987, Frisone has specialized in luxury home sales, move-up buys and downsize homes for empty nesters, first-time buyers, investors, and repeat buyers and also represents bank-owned properties for sale throughout Colorado and the Front Range.
